Rayence has built the world's first full line-up of dental, medical, veterinary, and industrial X-ray detector products. Also, Rayence is the only company in Korea that has the techniques for using the core technology of scintillator, which is used for radiation detection. The Republic of Korea does not have any companies that are able to mass-produce zirconia powder used for dental prosthetic treatments. This means Korean companies have had to depend on importing the actual powder. However, Rayence has become the first company in the Republic of Korea to secure the original technology for zirconia powder. The mass production of zirconia powder has expanded into a new localized business. dyr Joolia considered the characteristics of zirconia powder and global transportation methods when creating the primary and secondary package structures. We also took these things into consideration when it came to material consulting for the 25 kg zirconia powder. We established an excellent eco-friendly packaging method with durability, moisture resistance, and lightness. The economical and convenient method was chosen after testing more than 10 package prototypes. We then conducted over 30 pocket adhesion tests in consideration of the curvature of the cylindrical box. We also conducted a “card in and out” test in accordance with the pocket design. Based on the results, we proceeded with creating the material for the product information card pocket and design consulting. We established a new business package design identity with a consistent mood and a card design that properly conveys the existing corporate identity.
